Payments

Your earnings are dispersed at the beginning of each month. Included in the disbursement is the amount deducted from linen (where applicable) and management.
Any additional costs required for the property in any given month, such as extra amenities (where applicable), maintenance is deducted from the overall revenue.

The Cosmo App

Once you have completed the onboarding process, your account will be ready and waiting for you inside the Cosmo App. From there, you can login and see your listings come online, and watch as your first bookings are made!
Once your listing has been live for a little while, you will be able to witness your investment grow using our analytics tools, and through comprehensive data views within our dashboards.

We contribute to the Stripe Climate program, to help scale emerging carbon removal technology.
