After I have selected a plan, am I able to change it in future?
Yes. If you wish to change your plan at any time, our team happy to work with you on moving across to a more suited service.
How quick will I see results?
It all depends on how ready your property is, whether it’s a new property or you're just making the smart switch from traditional long term rentals. Different factors play a part here, such as furnishing and promotable resource availability. We are always transparent around this, and clear expectations are important to us.
How often do I get paid?
Disbursement reports are created at the beginning of the month, for the previous month.
Would I still have access to my property while it is listed?
Yes, absolutely. All owners still have access to their properties and are able to book them through our Owners App whenever desired. We may advise against long term self-occupying during busy periods, but the choice is always in your hands.
Is my property insured?
Airbnb offers up to AUD$1,000,000 in property and personal liability coverage. We will work with Airbnb and facilitate any damage and maintenance. his may vary by country - please reach out for more information.
We are also able to facilitate additional coverage.
What if a guest damages the property?
If an incident occurs, our team will respond to any damage and maintenance while working with Airbnb for a solution and to recover any costs incurred if possible.
It should go without saying that we are not liable for damage caused by guests, outlined in our agreement with you.

How is the property kept clean and secure?
For plans including housekeeping, you will have peace of mind in knowing our housekeeping teams are well equipped and readily available to service your property at all times. Cleans are performed at every checkout.
This is accompanied by regular property inspections and quarterly deep cleans.
Who pays for housekeeping and linen?
This is covered by guests, charged as a cleaning cost for the stay.
Who pays the service fees from Airbnb?
This is covered by us, and included in the cost per night to the guest.
