Collaborate Plan

Management Fee

The Management Fee is 14% of the Booking Revenue plus GST, unless a promotion rate is available. We consider Booking Revenue to be the total amount paid for the stay, including associated fees except for the Housekeeping Fee. The Management Fee is deducted from the Owner Revenue at the end of each month. The Housekeeping Fee is paid out additional to the Owner Revenue.

If you would like us to arrange a professional photographer, we are happy to help and deduct the photography at cost from your initial earnings.

There is no Onboarding Fee for the Collaborate Plan.

Other Costs

This plan does not include any other costs. All maintenance, housekeeping, and other physical services are the owner's responsibility and are not included in the Management Fee.

Complete Plan

Management Fee

The Management Fee is 20% of the Booking Revenue plus GST. We consider Booking Revenue to be the total amount paid for the stay, including associated fees. The Management Fee is deducted from the Owner Revenue at the end of each month.

Onboarding Fee

The Onboarding Fee is $500.00 plus GST, paid when signing up unless a promotion is available. This fee covers costs associated with setting up your account, composing marketing material, and preparing your listing for bookings.

We do not include photography in our Onboarding Fee due to the wide range of property types and locations, and the varying prices of professional photographers. If you would like us to arrange a professional photographer, we are happy to help and deduct the photography at cost from your initial earnings.

If you already have a live listing that meets our quality standards, we will waive the Onboarding Fee entirely.

Other Costs

We arrange housekeeping, linen and consumable supplies at no additional cost to the owner. Maintenance services are arranged by Cosmo and paid by the owner at cost.
