Referral Program

Welcome to the Cosmo Referral Program (the "Program"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Program. By referring clients to Cosmo ("Referrals"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1) Referral Rewards

• Existing Cosmo Owners and their Referred Owners each receive a $500.00 credit
• Credits can be applied to either professional photography or management fees
• Referral Partners receive a $500.00 pre-paid Mastercard

2) Successful Referral Criteria

A "Successful Referral" is defined as a referred owner who:

• Signs up with Cosmo
• Completes their first booking (defined as a guest checking out)

3) Payment Terms

• Referred Owners receive their credit in their first disbursement
• Existing Cosmo Owners receive their credit in their next full billing cycle
• Referral Partners receive their pre-paid Mastercard within 60 days of the referred owner completing their first booking

4) Eligibility

• Program limited to owners and partners within Australia
• Self-referrals are not eligible for rewards
• Referred owners must be new to Cosmo
• Referral Partners must be registered in the Program before referring owners
• Maximum of 50 referrals per Existing Owner or Referral Partner
• No rewards will be issued for incomplete onboarding or if the referred owner does not receive a completed booking

5) Program Terms

• Cosmo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time
• All referral activities are subject to review and investigation
• Cosmo may adjust referral rewards at its discretion to ensure fair and appropriate distribution
• These Terms are subject to change without prior notice
