Referral Program

Welcome to the Cosmo Referral Program (the "Program"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Program. By referring clients to Cosmo ("Referrals"), you agree to comply with these Terms.

1) Referral Rewards

Referral Partners are eligible to receive a reward of $2000, which can be provided in one of the following ways:

• A pre-paid Mastercard
• Direct payment via invoice to Cosmo

Existing Cosmo Owners will receive a $500 credit on their disbursement.

2) Successful Referral Criteria

A "Successful Referral" is defined as a referred property owner who:

• Signs up with Cosmo
• Completes their first booking, which is defined as a guest checking out after a confirmed stay

3) Payment Terms

Referral Partners can choose to receive their reward via:

• A pre-paid Mastercard
• Direct payment by invoicing Cosmo within 90 days of the referred owner completing their first booking

Owners will receive a $500 credit on their disbursement after 90 days of the referred owner completing their first booking.

4) Fast-Track Bonus & Standard Payout (For Referral Partners Only)

Fast-Track Bonus (If Client Signs Up & Is Ready to Go Live Within 7 Days)

• If the referred client signs up and is fully onboarded within 7 days, we will fast-track 25% of the commission ($500) for payment 30 days after onboarding
• The remaining 75% ($1500) will be paid after 90 days, provided the client remains active

Standard Payout (If Client Takes Longer Than 7 Days to Go Live)

• If the referred client takes longer than 7 days to sign up and be ready to go live, the full commission ($2000) will be paid after 90 days, provided the client remains active

5) Eligibility Requirements

To participate in the Program, the following conditions must be met:

• The Program is limited to existing Referral Owners, Real Estate Professionals and Property Buyers within Australia
• Fast-Track Bonus & Standard payout is restricted to Referral Partners only
• Self-referrals (referring your own property) are not eligible for rewards
• The referred owner must be new to Cosmo
• Referral Partners must be registered in the Program before making a referral

No rewards will be issued if:

• The referred owner fails to complete onboarding
• The referred owner does not receive a completed booking
• The referred owner's calendar must remain 100% open for the first 90 days
• If the referred owner cancels or becomes inactive before 90 days, no further payments will be made

6) Program Terms & Conditions

• Cosmo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time
• All referral activities are subject to review and investigation
• Cosmo may adjust referral rewards at its discretion to ensure fair distribution
• These Terms are subject to change without prior notice
• A 12-month non-compete agreement applies to all Referral Partners
