A Complete Design Overhaul
We've redesigned our Cosmo design language from the ground up. Whether you're browsing public data on our website, exploring listings on our direct booking website, or viewing bookings in the Cosmo App, the experience is consistent, cohesive, and connected. Our new design is modern, easy to use, and translates beautifully across all devices.
Comprehensive Feature Updates
Overview We've completely rebuilt the most-used page of our app. The new Overview includes more insights at a glance, featuring monthly metrics, a newly confirmed booking feed, monthly listing turnovers showcasing arrivals, departures, and same-day turnovers, public holidays, and an in-app feed of the latest articles from industry-leading publications – all designed to keep our owners better informed.
Portfolio This completely overhauled section now provides owners with enhanced insights through an improved portfolio table, including dynamically determined average nightly rates and a helpful popover menu for each listing showing property parameters, first and last bookings, and creation date. The new Turnovers sub-page displays your entire portfolio with previous, current, and upcoming bookings for each listing, along with timing details.
Bookings Experience more information in an improved layout. The enhanced bookings table features advanced historical filtering, comprehensive inline searching and sorting of filtered data, quick information in a popover menu, and ETA/ETD timings for bookings where available.
Calendar The redesigned calendar view now clearly displays both check-ins and check-outs on the same day, with colour coding by booking platform and instant access to daily information through an intuitive popover. The improved visual layout and enhanced logic create a calendar that's easy to navigate, analyse, and act upon.
Metrics Our popular analytics tool has been completely reengineered with a powerful new database architecture, moving from on-the-fly calculations to optimised server-side processing. This allows the system to analyse thousands of bookings almost instantly. We've improved the layout significantly, added new individual metrics, and moved the breakdown table to a dedicated page with substantially more data available for analysis and export. The new dynamic charts allow you to toggle data visualisation over any timeframe, enabling deeper trend analysis and pattern recognition.
Research Our rebuilt research section features two enhanced tools: Calculator (formerly Markets) and Scanner (formerly Singles). Calculator now covers over 20 countries with an improved layout and historical search viewing. Scanner lets you analyse any Airbnb listing's performance, pricing, and configuration through a simple URL input, complete with a listing preview and extensive data points for competitive analysis.
Modern Security and Usability Features
Streamlined Sign-In We've implemented a modern, secure authentication system that replaces traditional passwords with magic links and OTP codes. Users can sign in instantly via email links or six-digit codes alongside existing Google Sign-In integration.
Enhanced Profiles The new profile page includes timezone preferences for accurate global portfolio management and access to our referral program. Future updates will incorporate billing and disbursement information.
Intelligent Search Our new search functionality, accessible from the navigation menu, enables quick lookup of any booking or listing with a powerful algorithm that handles near matches and spelling variations.
